Privacy Policy

Nummix ("we", "us") makes the Nummix puzzle game. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and its online features. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account — when you first open the app we create an account automatically with a random display name and an internal ID. No personal details are required to play.
• Sign-in identity (optional) — if you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive a provider ID and your email address so your progress can move between devices. With Apple you may use Hide My Email; we then only ever see Apple's relay address.
• Gameplay data — puzzles solved, move counts, scores, daily streaks and progress. This powers leaderboards, weekly leagues, friend duels and anti-cheat validation.
• Friends — friend connections and requests you create in the app.
• Notification token (optional) — if you allow notifications, a push token from Apple/Firebase so we can send you game notifications. You can turn this off any time in your device settings.

What we do NOT do

• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not use cross-app tracking or third-party advertising SDKs.

How we use it

To run and improve the game: create your account, save and sync your progress, operate leaderboards, leagues and duels, validate solves to prevent cheating, and — only if you opt in — send push notifications.

Service providers

We host the game's backend on our own server. We use Apple and Google for optional sign-in, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications. These providers process the limited data above under their own privacy terms.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated online data at any time directly in the app: open Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, scores, leaderboard entries, friend connections and notification tokens from our server. You can also email us to request access or deletion. We keep your data only for as long as your account exists.

Children

Nummix is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Use in-app account deletion, or contact us, to exercise these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app or on this page.
